Processing Time: Includes order verification, assembly, and other pre-shipment activities. The length of this phase can vary based on your location and our processing speed.
Shipping Time: Commences once processing is complete and depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.
Our order cutoff time is set according to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods and promotional events.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping durations.

Tracking Your Package
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Track your package status directly on our website. Some carriers may take up to 5-7 business days to update tracking information. If you do not see updates after 10 business days, please contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. For any unexpected delays, contact us so we can provide assistance. We strive to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If the tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot find the package, check the delivery location thoroughly. Next, reach out to the shipping carrier to report the issue. If the issue persists, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot ensure delivery to addresses that are incomplete or incorrect. Double-check your shipping information at checkout and immediately inform [email protected] of any errors.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. JWdazzle is not responsible for customs charges if: 1) The package is refused by the recipient, 2) Delivery fails after several attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
