Please double-check your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. We process orders quickly, so we are unable to handle returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or shipping address.

If you realize you have made a mistake, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. For any queries before placing your order, contact us. Ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.

Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Requests made outside this period may result in the order being processed or shipped.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Orders will be considered accepted after this period, and no refunds will be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Design received differs from what was ordered
  • Size or material is incorrect
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our mistake
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Minor defects like stray threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not affect the refund amount.
